Attached is the summary of the survey.  Also attached is The Maggie & Blue Project ~ Creating Awareness About Tick-Borne Diseases, information about the Tick Lymphoma study, and an information file on Erlichia and other tick borne diseases. 
 
I sent the survey because I have lost two Golden Retrievers to complications of tick-borne disease and also because I entered an idea in the 2006 My Pet Idea Contest sponsored by PetSafe and Doctors Foster & Smith.  My idea was The Tick Scanner, which placed second in the contest out of over 5000 entries.
